Miami office of our client seeks a litigation attorney ideally with 3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will be responsible for complex commercial litigation in South Florida. National and/or international experience is a plus. Should have the skill set to draft initial pleadings, run strategy, conduct meaningful legal research, navigate discovery (especially e-discovery), and other typical motion practices. The ability to take and defend depositions, oral arguments and participate in routine litigation matters is essential. FL Bar admission is preferred. The firm offers a flexible schedule and health insurance.
