Job Overview: The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for supporting the firm's litigation practice, handling various legal matters, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to litigation cases
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions
