Qualification and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business-related field, 8+ years of experience in tax planning or preparing/reviewing tax workpapers and returns, Understanding of Subchapter K, Financial Products, Wash Sale and Constructive Sale Rules, Experience in a fast-paced team environment, Project Management experience, Strong communication skills, Ability to travel up to 25%, Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Advanced degree (Masters of Tax, JD, LLM), Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm, Knowledge of fund accounting and general ledger accounting
