The Financial Markets Business Advisory services at PwC provide a variety of audit, regulatory, valuation, and financial analyses services to design solutions for clients' complex accounting and financial reporting challenges. As a Manager in this field, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, using PwC Professional skills and responsibilities to address a range of business issues. This includes developing new skills, coaching others, recognising their strengths, and encouraging personal development. You will also analyse complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations, using data and insights to inform decision-making. Additionally, you will manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and simplify complex messages.

In this role, you will work with a team of specialists to assist clients with US and global documentation, information reporting, and withholding tax issues. This will involve using state-of-the-art digital tools and technology to efficiently produce client deliverables. You will also be responsible for providing guidance to clients on global tax information reporting rules, researching complex tax issues, and applying tax technical skills in reviewing IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence. Furthermore, you will lead staff in preparing and filing information returns, develop technology solutions for increased efficiency, and assist in the development of educational materials for information reporting and withholding requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. You should also have a good understanding of US tax rules and requirements, as well as familiarity with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). Additionally, you should be able to drive success as both an individual contributor and team member, and be willing to travel when required.
