Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on various tax services
- Calculating and analyzing tax strategies for clients
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Providing industry knowledge to clients
- Ensuring staff are up to date on tax practices and changes in tax law
- Leading and supervising Tax Seniors and Staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (Master of Tax preferred)
- CPA or Bar License required
- Minimum of 2 years of supervising and training experience
- Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills for managing multiple client engagements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
