Job Overview: A law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Associate Attorney with exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding academic credentials and, preferably, 2 years of experience in complex civil litigation.

Duties:

• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Participating in court proceedings and hearings
• Taking and defending depositions
• Providing legal counsel to clients
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy
• Managing case files and ensuring timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Currently licensed to practice law in Georgia, Florida, and/or Nevada
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school
• 2 years of experience in complex civil litigation (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in-good-standing bar membership in Georgia, Florida, and/or Nevada
