  • Draft and review legal documents related to land use and development.
  • Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions involving land use considerations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Texas Bar license or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible.
  • 4+ years of experience, preferably in real estate land use issues.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
