Job Title: Tax Transformation Senior Manager
Experience: 8+ years
Salary Range: $125,510 to $285,749 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Position Summary:
The Tax Transformation Senior Manager will work in the Tax Transformation Office at Deloitte Tax, focusing on transforming client service delivery through people, process, and technology. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative team within Deloitte Tax, delivering high value and quality service to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Understand and support Tax business strategy and transformation aspirations.
- Develop strong business relationships to drive delivery of business outcomes.
- Coach and develop the Tax Transformation team to deepen delivery capabilities.
- Manage multiple projects across various Tax market offerings and business threads.
- Define and manage workplans, resource estimates, budget, and actuals.
- Track key results and identify dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and change requests.
- Collaborate with Tax professionals to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze existing processes and legacy technologies.
- Engage with Tax professionals to assess client service delivery pain points.
- Lead business process analysis and apply agile and design thinking techniques.
- Decompose business requirements into functional requirements.
- Collaborate throughout the technology development lifecycle.
- Oversee user testing.
- Review and contribute to learning strategy and materials.
- Assess business readiness.
- Analyze user feedback and develop related action plans.
- Lead deployment and decommissioning of legacy systems.
- Provide executive reporting.
- Integrate program and project resources, including communication and change management.

The Team:
The Tax Transformation Office at Deloitte Tax consists of professionals with varying backgrounds, including Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and IT professionals. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on process design and deployment, stakeholder analysis, communications, learning, and change management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing to obtain: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or various Technology Certifications.
- Preferred: Large scale transformation experience, strong Program and Project Management skills, and working knowledge of data analysis and management.
