  • Advise clients on legal matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in transactions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the State Bar of Texas or eligible for admission.
  • 4-6 years of experience practicing law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating acquisition and financing agreements.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and business transactions.

Certifications:

  • State Bar of Texas admission or eligibility for admission.
