Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
- . required (Tax . preferred)
- Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Proficiency with tax research databases

Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze federal income tax issues
- Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
- Draft emails, memos, and alerts on current developments in federal income tax
- Conduct Firm-wide trainings on federal income tax
- Assist with federal domestic tax due diligence for M&A transactions
