  • Commit to enhancing knowledge of cutting-edge developments in the attorney’s practice.
  • Have experience as a transactional attorney in a broad corporate practice of a large or mid-sized law firm, including running M&A deal processes.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in a broad corporate practice.
  • . degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
  • Licensed Michigan attorney in good standing.
  • Broad transactional experience.
  • Experience in entity and fund formations, venture capital and private equity financing transactions, buy-side, and sell-side mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, negotiating material commercial agreements, and/or securities matters.

 

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication at all levels.
  • Negotiation skills for various corporate transactions.
