Job Title: Senior Attorney

Job Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience conducting and defending depositions.
  • Proficient in managing a case docket.
  • Experience appearing in court.
  • Trial experience preferred.
  • Experience handling multi-district litigation is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
