##About the Role

As the Global Mobility Tax Senior Associate, you’ll deliver a full range of global mobility services for your clients in a wide variety of industries – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. You’ll collaborate with Global Mobility and Human Capital Service team members and provide high-quality services in the . and globally because together is how we succeed.

##Responsibilities

- Working directly with clients to provide high quality global mobility consulting and compliance services
- Managing day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of clients, working closely with senior team members
- Addressing, researching, and consulting on technical issues specific to employee payroll, compensation benefits, and global mobility taxes and preparing related written communications
- Facilitating and participating in firm-wide training and communications relating to global mobility matters
- Taking the lead on compliance season initiation processes and managing e-filing requirements
- Other duties as assigned

##Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related subject area; Advanced degree and/or professional certification preferred, Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Payroll Professional
- Minimum two to six years of applicable experience
- Any of the Society of Human Resource Management qualifications including Professional in Human Resources, Senior Professional in Human Resources or Global Professional in Human Resources preferred
- Experience with a Big 4, mid-tier firm, or law firm preferred
- Experience with inbound and outbound employee relocation consulting preferred
- Superior analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills with proficiency in individual tax consulting and compliance
- Ability to effectively communicate cross border tax concepts to clients who are not tax specialists
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
- Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
