Duties:

  • Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
  • Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
  • Provide legal counsel on complex financial matters related to debt finance transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in debt finance transactions, preferably with private equity sponsors and/or banks.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
  • Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Comparable law firm experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Skills:
