Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks immigration attorney with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be expected to handle the entire process from the first consultation through the completion of the immigration process and must have experience in the following areas: Individual Hearings; Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas; Adjustment of Status; Naturalization; Work permits; TPS; DACA; RFE; Removal Proceedings; Bond Hearings; Cancellation of Removal Proceedings; Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal; Waivers; EB-5 and H-1B; Drafting and submitting BIA Appeals; Drafting and submitting Motions to Reopen/Reconsider; and other duties assigned. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. Must preferably be licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing.
