The Finance Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support in corporate finance matters, including commercial finance transactions, loan originations, and real estate financings. Duties:

• Drafting loan, security, inter-creditor, and related documents
• Advising on covenant compliance
• Leading due diligence teams
• Managing specialists

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance or related field
• Experience working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions
• Familiarity with loan originations and real estate financings
• Excellent writing skills
• Superior academics
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
