The successful candidate will proactively manage family law cases, deliver superior customer service to clients, and contribute improvement recommendations to practice managers. With 3-5 years of litigation experience, including 1st chair family law expertise, the ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate, have passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt, and be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including the preparation of monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics, track accomplishments, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• 1st chair family law experience.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
