Duties:

• Specialize in elder law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, Medicaid, and guardianships.
• Utilize a detail-oriented approach in drafting, reviewing, and editing estate planning documents.
• Manage a book of business (preferred) and proactively seek new client opportunities.
• Provide superior customer service by addressing and fulfilling the unique needs of elderly clients.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrate a quick learning ability to adapt to evolving legal processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in elder law or related fields.
• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
• Strong desire to work in elder law with a genuine interest in the associated areas.
• Motivated and quick to learn new legal processes.
• Possess a book of business (preferred).
• Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in legal documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication.
• Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana.
