Law Firm is seeking an experienced Environmental/Regulatory Associate to join their Environmental Natural Resources group. This role involves assisting companies in all aspects of state and federal environmental regulatory regimes, including rule and guidance development; permitting; implementation of compliance programs; self-evaluation of compliance; and enforcement.

## Qualifications

- Juris Doctor
- Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based or willing to complete process to waive into Colorado Bar.
- Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- At least two years of post-JD experience in environmental regulatory matters and Clean Air Act experience a plus.
- Advising clients on a wide range of environmental regulatory matters.
- Strong legal research and legal writing skills.
- Preferred background in environmental science or energy.

## Position Details

Law Firm is offering a full-time, regular position as an Environmental/Regulatory Associate. This position offers competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $215,000, depending on experience. Other benefits include a discretionary and/or an hours-based bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with contribution from the firm, flexible time off, short- and long-term disability insurance, and life insurance. Yearly hours expectation is 1800.
