The candidate will assist in legal research and writing. Will draft pleadings and memoranda of law. Draft patent applications and responses to Office Actions. Assist in representing clients in intellectual property matters. Maintains high standards of performance. Exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility. Background in electrical engineering, electronics or electro-mechanical, and/or computer science is strongly preferred. Must be admitted to practice before the USPTO. Should be admitted in New York (or ability to waive in).
