  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of the litigation process.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of legal experience with a focus on complex litigation.
  • Texas Bar admission or eligibility for the next exam.
