Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to clients in the areas of insurance defense/professional liability
• Draft legal documents such as legal opinions, briefs, memoranda, and contracts
• Manage multiple cases at one time
• Handle all aspects of litigation from pre-trial through post-trial
• Negotiate settlements and appear in court as necessary
• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance defense/professional liability
• Licensed to practice in Arizona
• Excellent client service, strong writing skills, and strong oral communication ability
• Ability to manage multiple cases at one time
• Ability to negotiate settlements and appear in court as necessary
