The role entails various responsibilities, such as drafting legal documents, attending court appearances, and participating in depositions, emphasizing the importance of excellent writing skills.

Duties:

• Collaborate with a team of experienced trial attorneys on significant and complex litigation cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend court appearances and effectively argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage and organize case-related tasks and responsibilities.
• Utilize trial experience in handling litigation matters.
• Maintain excellent writing skills for effective legal communication.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in New York and New Jersey.
• 4-10 years of legal experience, with a focus on significant and complex litigation.
• Trial experience is preferable.
