Associate Attorney:
- Competitive salary offered, commensurate with experience

- Located in Lawrence, KS or Topeka, KS

Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury caseloads through pre-litigation and potential litigation process
- Negotiate with insurance companies
- Maintain positive client relationships
- Draft legal documents and ensure accuracy
- Comply with legal standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Active Bar license in Kansas
- At least 1 year of personal injury law experience
- Preferred active Bar license in Missouri
