- Assist with IRS examinations and appeals
- Prepare penalty abatement and relief requests
- Address collection matters
- Conduct tax research and draft tax memoranda
- Correspond with IRS Service Center
- Assist with training and thought leadership publications

Qualifications:
- JD and state bar admittance required
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong technical tax research skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a national tax controversy team

Preferred Qualifications:
- LLM or Masters in Taxation
- Judicial clerkship or government experience
- CPA
