Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on tax, corporate, healthcare, and biotech law issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • Work directly with corporate clients to provide legal advice and support.
  • Assist with tax planning, compliance, and transactional matters.
  • Support the firm's partner in all aspects of the legal practice.

  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal projects and transactions.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and handle workload efficiently under time constraints.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active Bar license.
  • Prior work or academic experience with healthcare, biotech, regulatory, tax, and/or transactional law.
  • Strong work ethic and superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent legal research, communication, and writing skills.
  • Desire to grow with the firm and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Korean.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active Bar license.
