The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing complex commercial litigation cases, providing strategic legal advice, and contributing to the firm's growth.

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analyze legal issues, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery, including document production, depositions, and related tasks.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Supervise junior attorneys and legal support staff on litigation matters.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex commercial litigation cases.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
