Requirements:

  • Admitted to or eligible to seek immediate admission in Florida (FL).
  • 8+ years of relevant legal experience.
  • Extensive experience with . federal securities laws and a strong understanding of interactions with the SEC.
  • Preferred experience in the fields of blockchain and FinTech.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Florida.
