Florida Attorney General's Internship Program
Summer: (Summer 2024 application deadline has been extended to 03/01/2024)

- Handles a variety of civil actions including administrative, bankruptcy, corrections, eminent domain, employment, forfeitures, foreclosures, state programs, and tort litigation
- Represents the state in class action civil lawsuits
- Assists in protecting the public's interest through common law duties and responsibilities

Internship Program Details:

- Interns must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for a prescribed period of time by their college or school
- Available to law students seeking academic credit during fall, spring, or summer terms
- Unpaid internships, but may be eligible for academic credit or through participating in a law school sponsored program
- Applications accepted on a rolling basis, but early application is encouraged
