Summary: - Job title: Manager - International Tax - Experience level: Minimum of 5 years, with at least 3 years in a professional services firm. - Location: US-TX-Dallas - Company: Andersen Tax LLC - ID: 2024-5981 The Role: - Seeking qualified international tax specialists at the Manager level. - Unique opportunities to work with experienced partners and teams throughout the United States and globally. - Assist clients and work on consulting, planning, and reporting projects for multinational businesses. - Services offered include M&A support and transaction planning, group restructurings, quantitative analysis and modeling, compliance and reporting support, and inbound matters. - Skills required include knowledge and experience with . federal international tax concepts, ability to manage multiple projects, research and analyze unfamiliar concepts, and communicate complex tax concepts in terms of business impact. - Must be committed to working as part of a team to deliver best-in-class services to clients.
