This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive salary range of $172,500 to $240,000. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in commercial litigation, specifically in the Consumer Financial Services, Data and Technology Practice Group. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and membership in the Colorado State Bar are required for this role.

As an Associate in our CFS+ Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters for financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in federal and state court proceedings. The successful candidate will possess excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of federal and state court procedures.
