Duties:

  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation

  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client representation

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience in professional liability, employment, medical malpractice, commercial transportation, and general casualty defense
  • Appellate experience preferred
  • Illinois license required; additional licenses in Indiana and/or Wisconsin preferred

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in Illinois; additional admissions in Indiana and/or Wisconsin preferred
