A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Attorney with experience in direct file responsibility and client contact to manage litigated matters from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will bring valuable trial experience, and deposition experience with plaintiffs, doctors, and experts would be a significant asset.

Duties:

• Handle litigated matters independently from inception to resolution.
• Manage direct client contact and maintain effective communication throughout the legal process.
• Conduct trials, presenting cases in court with a focus on favorable resolutions.
• Undertake deposition experiences, particularly with plaintiffs, doctors, and experts.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop and execute case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Proven experience in direct file responsibility and client contact.
• Valuable trial experience in a legal setting.
• Preferred deposition experience with plaintiffs, doctors, and experts.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in California.
