Columbus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will serve in the representation of owners of commercial real estate in connection with development, purchase, sale, and financing of office and medical office buildings, biotech lab buildings, and market-rate and affordable apartment properties, as well as lenders in commercial loan transactions and landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leases. Will be involved in the negotiation of joint venture agreements and the preparation of equity syndication documents. Coordinate and supervise complex real estate transactions.
