WSHB's Phoenix office is currently seeking 0 to 2 year associate applicants to join our expanding civil litigation practice. We are a nationally recognized law firm and the 'go to' litigation firm for dozens of domestic and international insurance carriers, as well as many large private clients. This is a hybrid position that requires working out of our Phoenix office three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home the other two days.

We are looking for applicants who are licensed in Arizona and have experience in general civil litigation, insurance defense, employment law, construction litigation, wrongful death, product liability, and transportation. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, from rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses, to case evaluation and reporting, discovery and depositions, through trial presentation. We value strategic thinking and aim to meet client objectives in every case.

Requirements for this position include excellent research and writing skills, as well as experience in insurance defense litigation. General familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.
