A law firm located in Chicago is seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of medical malpractice defense experience. The successful candidate should hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in medical malpractice defense cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:
