# Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager

PwC is looking to hire a Partner Tax Preparation Advisors (PTPA) Tax Manager. This position is part of the Internal Tax team and will be providing a full range of taxation services to PwC related to complex financial reporting, cost management, tax planning, investment management and transaction processing.

The successful candidate will be a purpose-led and values-driven leader who is able to develop new skills outside of their comfort zone, act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively, coach others, and analyse complex ideas or proposals to build meaningful recommendations.

## Job Requirements and Preferences

To be eligible for the position, applicants must have:

- A Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar certification
- At least 4 years of experience

For the ideal candidate, a Master Degree is preferred, as well as:

- Understanding of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, Schedules A,B,C,D, E and year end planning
- Ability to leverage a network of internal stakeholders and external resources
- Experience managing and performing individual tax compliance/reviews and planning for executives
- Proficiency in using firm-issued technologies (Microsoft Office, Google at Work, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships
- Project management and communication skills
- Knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment
- Experience working with large, complex data sets

## Salary Information

For positions based in San Francisco, consideration of qualified candidates with arrest and conviction records will be in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
