Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Banker to join our team at . Morgan's . Private Bank in Chicago. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice on wealth management and financial planning, and acquiring new assets. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of talented colleagues and utilize a variety of resources and specialists to achieve your clients' goals.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing targeted advice
- Generate business results and acquire new assets through existing and new client base
- Advise clients on asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise when needed
- Connect clients with all lines of business within . Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure solutions meet clients' short, medium, and long-term goals through a holistic planning approach
- Adhere to risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Six plus years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses (required within 90 days of start date)
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Established network and community presence
- Understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
- Client-focused with exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP
- Proactive and strategic problem solver
- Dynamic and credible professional with strong organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments
