Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis in the areas of environmental, governmental, property rights, and land use law.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters within the specified practice areas.
• Assist in negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and projects.
• Manage caseload and maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in environmental, governmental, property rights, or land use law.
• Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
