Job Shift Day The Tax Manager, Tax Automation & Innovation is a key role within BDO, responsible for implementing tax automation tools for clients. This position offers a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $160,000, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible work culture. The Tax Manager will work with clients to identify areas in need of automation and develop unique strategies to align with their business objectives. They will also lead project management and provide ongoing support and consulting to clients post-implementation. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in technology or tax systems, with CPA, IRS Enrolled Agent, or other relevant certifications preferred. The Tax Manager should also have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with tax software and analytics tools. The position may require up to 25% travel.
