This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on the future of the company and will play a key role in shaping its continued transformation. They will report to the Director of Corporate Legal and will be responsible for advising and managing all M&A activities, including acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, joint ventures, and mergers. They will also be responsible for managing post-closing integrations and creating continuous improvements in deal and integration processes. This role requires a . degree and 6-9 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of M&A work at a major law firm and 1+ years of in-house technology company experience. The salary range for this role is between $169,200 and $273,680, with the potential for additional bonuses, commissions, and stock grants.
