  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Significant experience dealing with public companies.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate law and market terms.
  • Business development-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage and execute complex M&A transactions independently.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
