The ideal candidate should possess stellar academic credentials, superior writing and research skills, and a strong background in commercial bankruptcy practice encompassing both litigation and transactional experience.

Duties:

• Handle a broad range of matters related to business reorganization and financial restructuring.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and document preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for litigation and transactional matters.
• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients facing financial challenges.

Requirements:

Stellar academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active State Bar admission.

Experience:

• 3-5 or more years of sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice.
• Proven experience in both litigation and transactional aspects of bankruptcy law.
