  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a reputable law firm.
  • Proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture transactions.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Experience working with data and technology companies preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar Association or other relevant bar associations.
