# Litigation Associate - Seattle, WA

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with four to six years of commercial litigation experience to join our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate (JD) and be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington. The candidate will also have a strong research and writing skills, as well as an impressive academic record. Clerkship and/or trial experience is a plus.

## Responsibilities
- Work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.
- Conduct research and write legal briefs.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Draft legal documents and pleadings.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Analyze legal issues and provide legal advice.

## Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.
- Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record are required.
- Clerkship experience and/or trial experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.

## Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position applies to Washington. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000.
