This role requires 4-15 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on commercial and real estate-related litigation.

Duties:

• Handle real property litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, including arguing motions and presenting evidence.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategy.
• Provide legal counsel on real estate matters, including contracts, transactions, and disputes.
• Conduct negotiations and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in real property litigation.
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and legal expertise.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
