National Tax Services Exempt Organizations - Senior Associate
Full-time position with up to 20% travel required

Purpose and Role:
As a Senior Associate in the United States National Tax services team, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in navigating emerging tax issues and trends, while also helping them develop successful tax strategies in response to legislative, federal, and judicial tax developments. Specifically, the Exempt Organizations team works with a diverse range of tax-exempt organizations, including colleges and universities, healthcare entities, foundations, and cultural and religious organizations. Your role will involve advising these organizations on obtaining and preserving tax-exempt status, identifying planning opportunities, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- 3+ years of experience in tax compliance and consulting
- Preferred: Juris Doctorate, CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar
- Knowledge of Exempt Organization tax issues, tax compliance and consulting, and programming in SAS or an equivalent statistical software package
- Experience conducting statistical analyses and providing consulting services across various industries
- Technical skills in tax compliance and consulting for not-for-profit organizations and various tax forms (990, 990 PF, 1120, 1065, 1040)

Success as a Tax Technical Professional:
As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop a point of view on business and industry trends and leverage it in assisting with proposals and opportunities across multiple lines of service. You will also have the chance to work with new and existing technologies, experiment with digitization solutions, and use data visualization tools to analyze large, complex data sets. Additionally, you will play a role in the pricing, client value, and negotiation process, finding opportunities to introduce new pricing options.
