Associate Immigration Attorney - Join Our Team at Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC

Are you an experienced immigration attorney looking for a new opportunity? Look no further than Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC in Kent, Washington. We are currently seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team of three attorneys. In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent clients before various agencies and courts, including USCIS, ICE, CBP, EOIR, BIA, federal courts, and the Department of State.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a high-volume of immigration cases, with a focus on family petitions, consular processing, waivers, removal defense, criminal immigration issues, juvenile cases, VAWA, U and T visas.
- Provide excellent legal analysis, writing, and oral presentation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle a heavy case load.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Meet strict deadlines.
- Computer literacy.
- Work independently and with a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

- 1-5 years of immigration law experience required.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred (written and oral).
- Excellent writing, legal analysis, and oral presentation skills.

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range: $72,500 k – $100,000 k + yearly bonus paid semi-annually.
