• Bring expertise in petitions for Extraordinary Ability in the Sciences and J-1s.
• Work collaboratively as part of a legal team, supervising paralegals, and contributing to practice development.
• Draft legal memos to support immigration cases and client needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of business immigration experience.
• Excellent writing, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in business immigration matters, including O-1, H-1B, L-1, PERM, and I-140.
• Experience with J-1s preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the state bar in the jurisdiction where the firm is located.
