Duties:

• Monitor, prioritize, and facilitate daily workflow for self, paralegals, and support staff
• Manage appointments and hearings, ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Develop and implement case strategy and litigation plans
• Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, conferences, and mediations
• Review client invoices and record time accurately
• Participate in mentoring and professional development activities
• Engage in networking activities to promote the firm's collaborative approach
• Maintain compliance with legal standards and State Bar requirements
• Adhere to firm policies and procedures
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in client and team interactions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of prior experience in a family law firm
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Texas
